Shipping Policy

Standard Ground Shipping


USA BABY Burbank ships FedEx Ground Monday through Friday excluding holidays to the contiguous 48 states. In the 48 contiguous states, Standard Shipping is estimated at 3-7 days.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other International destinations require special handling and charges.  Please contact a Sales Associate for shipping rates & charges for these additional services.


Processing Time


USA BABY Burbank prides itself on its customer service and turnaround time.  We want to ship your merchandise as quick as possible.  Our goal is to ship in stock items within 48 hours of order placement.  “Out of Stock” and “Special Order” Items will ship within 48 hours after the product arrives in our warehouse.  Please request an estimated shipping time from a Sales Associate at time of order placement for “Out of Stock” and “Special Order” Items.


Order Tracking


After you speak with a Sales Associate to place your order and your merchandise has shipped, we will provide via e-mail a FedEx Tracking Number so that you can track your shipment.  Of course you can always contact our Customer Service Manager (at the number below) for an update on your order status.


Refused Delivery


If a shipment is refused for delivery, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges.  Once the shipment is received back into our warehouse, we will issue a credit less the actual shipping cost.  This shipping cost will apply even if the customer was not originally charged under a free shipping promotion.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Items that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Once the shipment is received back into our warehouse, we will issue a credit less the actual shipping cost.  This shipping cost will apply even if the customer was not originally charged under a free shipping promotion.
