While USA BABY is a national organization, the Burbank store is a locally owned "Mom & Pop" shop. Here's a bit of background on "Mom & Pop" along with the "Little One" at home.

Arthur "Tri" Fritz

Tri grew up in San Francisco. He came to Southern California to attend Loyola Marymount University (where he met Rachel). Tri got his BA from LMU in 1993 then went to work in the television industry. He married Rachel in 1997 after an extensive lobbying period. After six years in Hollywood, Tri changed careers and began fundraising for various non-profit groups. He also started working on an MBA at Azusa Pacific University where he got the inspiration to start his own business. USA BABY Burbank was the result. Tri is a member of the Weingart Center Partners, raising money for the homeless in Los Angeles, a provisional member of the Knights of Malta, and sings and plays guitar for the choir at St. Andrew’s Parish in Pasadena.

Rachel Fritz

Rachel was born and raised in Villa Park, CA, just minutes away from Disneyland where she worked driving the Monorail. She also graduated from LMU in 1993 (but refused to have anything to do with Tri). She instead began working as a meeting planner for TRW. After reluctantly agreeing to marry Tri in 1997, she turned her sites to wedding planning. She worked in the catering departments at The Four Seasons and Le Merigot hotels before starting her own wedding and event planning company Puttin’ On The Fritz. Rachel is a board member of Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS).

Sarah Fritz

Sarah was born in Pasadena, CA on Valentine’s Day 2004. She is a dedicated student at Pasadena Christian Pre-School currently majoring in finger-painting. Sarah is a big fan of Spongebob Squarepants, Vroman’s Bookstore, and hopes one day to be Dora The Explorer.
